
Fundraise with Art Plus Studio: Paint for a Purpose!
You’re passionate about a great cause, and we’re passionate about helping you hit your goals. Together, we can raise money by inviting the community to paint, laugh, and socialize.
How It Works
We handle the supplies, the instruction, and the cleanup; you focus on getting your community through the door!
- Minimum Commitment: A guarantee of 15 sold seats is required.
- Booking Deposit: A $385 deposit is required to secure your date (this covers your first 7 seats).
- The Schedule: We offer fundraiser slots Monday–Thursday evenings. We recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance to maximize your marketing time.
- Promotion: We will feature your event on our social media and weekly email updates, but successful events are driven by the organization’s own social media outreach!
Streamlined Registration
There are no physical tickets to manage. We handle all transactions through our secure online system. Your supporters simply sign up on our website, and we provide you with weekly registration updates.
Profit Structure
Our standard fundraiser class is $55 per person. To ensure Art Plus Studio can provide high-quality materials and professional instruction while still donating back, we use a tiered donation system.

Note: Below 15 guests, the event is considered a private party and no proceeds are issued to the organization.
Important Details
- Documentation: We require proof of 501(c) status and authorization to coordinate on behalf of the organization.
- Payout: Art Plus Studio will issue a donation check directly to the non-profit within 15 days following the event.
- Specialty Classes: For “Paint Your Pet” or pre-drawn canvas events, an additional setup fee applies.
- BYOB: Per state law, guests may bring Wine and Beer ONLY (no hard liquor).
- Refunds: There are no refunds for fundraisers. However, events can be postponed with 14 days’ notice, and credit will be held for a future date.
